By purchasing my products and downloading these files, you agree to the Terms and Conditions displayed below:
| WHAT YOU CAN DO | You can use these assets in any project, including free or commercial work such as games, films, apps, or videos. • You can edit, remix, or change the assets to fit your project. • You can sell or share your finished project that includes these assets. • You don’t owe me any royalties or extra payments. |
| WHAT YOU CAN’T DO | •You can’t resell, redistribute, or share the raw files, even if you’ve modified them. • You can’t include these assets in another asset pack, template, or tool where others can grab them directly. • You can’t claim the assets as your own original creation. |
| CREDIT | • You must credit me somewhere visible in your project (credits, description, or readme). • A link to where you got the assets from is nice but not required. • Example: "Sounds by JDSherbert – https://jdsherbert.itch.io" |
| AI / MACHINE LEARNING USE | • These assets cannot be used to train AI models or datasets unless you have my written permission. |
| OWNERSHIP AND LIABILITY | • I still own the copyright to these assets. |
| PORTFOLIO USE | • I may feature your project, screenshots, video clips, or links to your work that use my assets in my portfolio, on my website, or on social media. |
